This Subscription Agreement formally stipulates the subscription service rules, member rights and interests, payment specifications, and usage norms for the Nozpix iOS application. This agreement applies to all users who purchase and activate paid subscription services within Nozpix. By purchasing, activating and using the App's subscription membership services, all users confirm that they have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Agreement. Nozpix provides users with lightweight AI visual creation services, and The App does not collect any user facial information, and the App will never share any user personal data with third-party AI services throughout the subscription service process to fully protect users' service privacy and data security.
Nozpix subscription membership is a paid exclusive service launched for users who pursue a cost-effective AI creation experience. The service is only open to individual users who use the official version of the Nozpix iOS application and comply with the App Store usage specifications. There is no mandatory subscription requirement for the App's basic functions, and all users can use the basic AI visual creation functions for free without purchasing a subscription membership.
Only users who complete independent payment and purchase of the official subscription package can obtain the corresponding membership rights and interests. The subscription service is bound to the user's local device usage right, without account registration and login restrictions, and does not involve user personal identity data binding and synchronous recording.
The core exclusive right and interest of Nozpix paid subscription membership is exclusive preferential gold coin benefits. After users successfully purchase the corresponding official subscription package, the App will issue a fixed number of exclusive gold coins to the user's local account in a one-time manner immediately after the payment is confirmed to be valid. All subscription gold coin benefits are automatically credited to the account without additional user application or activation operations.
Compared with the ordinary single-purchase gold coin package in the App, the gold coins obtained through subscription membership purchase have a more favorable unit price and higher cost performance. The subscription package is tailored for long-term creative users, effectively reducing the comprehensive cost of users' daily AI visual creation and video production, and bringing a more cost-effective creation experience.
During the valid period of the user's subscription membership, all AI creation functions including image rework, text-only original image creation and dynamic video generation can be used normally in accordance with the App's basic rules. The subscription membership only provides preferential gold coin acquisition benefits, and does not change the basic usage rules of the App's creation functions.
All subscription package prices of Nozpix are subject to the real-time pricing displayed on the official subscription purchase page of the App. All fees are charged in accordance with the official settlement standards of the iOS App Store, and there are no hidden fees, additional service fees or disguised charges. The App will clearly display the package price, corresponding gold coin quota and valid period before users pay for the subscription, and users can independently choose the appropriate subscription package according to their own usage needs.
Once the user's subscription payment is successfully completed, the subscription service contract takes effect immediately, and the system will complete the one-time distribution of subscription exclusive gold coins synchronously. All payment behaviors are independently completed by users through the official App Store channel, and the App does not obtain any user payment information, financial data and sensitive transaction data in the whole process.
The valid term of all Nozpix subscription packages is subject to the term specification corresponding to the package purchased by the user, including but not limited to monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and annual subscription. The subscription term starts from the moment when the user's payment is successfully verified and the gold coin rights and interests are issued, and the membership service validity period is automatically calculated by the system.
After the subscription term expires, the user's subscription membership privilege will automatically expire, and the preferential channel for subscription exclusive gold coin purchase will be closed synchronously. The gold coins obtained during the valid subscription period can continue to be used normally after the membership expires, without being cleared or invalidated due to the expiration of the subscription term.
All gold coins obtained by users through purchasing Nozpix subscription packages are universal official virtual props of the App, which can be used for all AI visual creation and dynamic video production services in the App. The subscription gold coins enjoy permanent valid retention rules in the user's local device, and will not be automatically cleared under any circumstances.
The core advantage of subscription gold coins is the preferential purchase cost. Users can obtain more gold coin quotas with lower unit cost through subscription packages, which is more cost-effective than purchasing gold coins through ordinary retail channels in the App. There is no difference in the usage scope and functional authority between subscription exclusive gold coins and ordinary retail gold coins.
All gold coin consumption behaviors are completed locally by the user, and the App background will not actively interfere with, limit or adjust the user's independent use of gold coins, and will not synchronize or back up the user's gold coin consumption records to any external server.
Nozpix does not set mandatory automatic renewal rules for subscription services. All subscription renewals need to be independently operated and paid by users actively before or after the expiration of the current subscription term. The App will not deduct fees automatically without user authorization, nor will it force users to renew their subscription membership.
Users can independently cancel the subsequent renewal authorization in the App Store account settings at any time. After the cancellation is completed, the current valid subscription service will not be affected, and the membership privilege will automatically expire after the end of the current term without any adverse impact on the user's existing gold coin assets and creation records.
Nozpix reserves the right to adjust the subscription package type, gold coin quota and preferential strength appropriately according to product iteration and operation optimization, and the adjusted subscription rules will be based on the latest content displayed on the App's official purchase page, which will not affect the valid rights and interests of users who have purchased subscription packages before the adjustment.
If the user violates the App's usage specifications and App Store review rules during the use of subscription services, the official has the right to terminate the user's partial or all subscription service qualifications, and will not refund the subscription fees paid by the user in this case.
We reserve the right to update and optimize this Subscription Agreement irregularly to adapt to product function upgrades and platform specification adjustments. All updated agreement terms will be displayed in the latest version of the Nozpix App. Users' continued use of the App's subscription services after the agreement update is deemed as recognition and acceptance of the latest agreement terms.
The core user privacy protection rules and preferential subscription service attributes will not be changed arbitrarily due to the update of the agreement, ensuring the stability and security of user subscription rights and interests.
