This User Agreement sets forth the official terms, usage rules, rights, and obligations that govern all user access to and use of the Nozpix iOS application, including all free and paid functional services, AI visual creation functions, template resources, and local content production capabilities. This Agreement applies to all users who download, install, and use Nozpix. By accessing and using any functions of the App, you fully acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to abide by all terms contained in this Agreement. Nozpix is a lightweight zero-threshold AI visual creation tool that provides convenient image and video production services for all users, with strict user privacy protection mechanisms built into the product.
Nozpix is an exclusive iOS-based AI visual creation application, focusing on providing users with one-stop creative solutions including local image rework, text-based original creation, and dynamic video generation. The App is equipped with multiple built-in scene templates covering portrait, landscape, and daily short clip scenarios, simplifying complex professional image editing and video production operations, and meeting user needs for social media matching pictures, short video creative materials, and daily visual creation.
All core functions of the App can be used normally without user account registration, login, or real-name authentication. Users can directly open the App to use all basic creation functions, and all operation behaviors and creative content are independently completed and stored locally on the user's iOS device. The App adopts a zero-threshold usage mode, aiming to provide simple, efficient and convenient AI creation services for all user groups.
Users shall use Nozpix in compliance with local network usage specifications, App Store review rules and public order and good customs. All user creation behaviors and content production operations must be independently completed by users themselves. Users shall bear full responsibility for all creative works generated through the App, and shall not use the App's functions to produce, disseminate or spread illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing or other non-compliant content.
Users have the right to freely upload local pictures, input text descriptions to generate new images and dynamic videos, and use all built-in template resources of the App for personal non-commercial or commercial creation. Meanwhile, users shall not disassemble, modify, copy, crack or secondary develop the App's program code, functional modules and built-in template resources in any form, and shall not use non-official channels or plug-ins to assist in using the App's functions.
All original pictures uploaded by users and all new images, dynamic videos and other creative works generated through the App's AI creation functions are completely stored locally on the user's iOS device. The App's official background will not actively store, back up, call, synchronize or obtain any user uploaded materials and generated creative content. Users enjoy full independent ownership and management rights of all personal creative works.
Users can independently view, edit, save and delete local creative content at any time according to personal needs. Once the user deletes the local content in the App, the corresponding data will be completely cleared from the device storage without any residual data retained by the App. The App's built-in copyright risk control mechanism only performs local intelligent identification on user content to help users avoid material infringement risks, and all identification processes are completed locally without cloud data transmission.
Nozpix always takes user privacy and data security as the core service principle, and has formulated strict internal data management specifications. The App does not collect any user facial information in any usage scenario or functional link, and will not extract, analyze or store facial feature data from user uploaded portrait materials or generated works. In addition, the App will never share any user personal data with third-party AI services, and all AI creation calculations and data processing processes are independently completed by the App's built-in local algorithm system without any third-party AI service participation and data sharing.
The App implements a minimal data processing mechanism. Except for the temporary local data generated during the user's real-time creation process, the App will not actively collect user device information, operation records, usage habits and other irrelevant personal data. All user private data and creative content are completely isolated from external third-party platforms, effectively avoiding any risk of personal privacy leakage.
All intellectual property rights including but not limited to software copyright, functional design, template resources, algorithm technology and interface design of Nozpix are exclusively owned by the App's official operator. Users only obtain the personal usage right of the App's functions and resources during the use of the service, and do not obtain any intellectual property ownership of the App itself.
Users independently own the copyright of all original creative works generated by themselves through the App. However, users shall not use the App's template resources and generated works for illegal infringement, plagiarism, piracy and other improper behaviors. The App's built-in copyright risk control system will assist users in standardizing content creation, and users shall bear all legal liabilities for any infringing works produced by themselves.
Users agree that any improper use of the App that violates this Agreement, including but not limited to malicious tampering with App functions, using the App for illegal profit, producing infringing content, and interfering with the App's normal operation, will result in the official's right to restrict or terminate the user's use of the App's services. The official will not bear any compensation liability for service restrictions caused by the user's non-compliant behaviors.
Users shall independently bear all risks and responsibilities arising from their use of the App, including content copyright disputes, property losses, privacy risks and other adverse consequences caused by the user's improper operation. The official will not assume any indirect liability for the user's independent creation and use behaviors.
Nozpix reserves the right to carry out regular system maintenance, function optimization, version iteration and resource update for the App, so as to continuously improve the user's AI visual creation experience. During system maintenance and version update, partial temporary service unavailability may occur, and the official will try its best to shorten the service interruption time and will not bear any loss liability caused by temporary service suspension.
The official has the right to appropriately adjust the App's functional settings, template types and service rules according to product operation and market demand changes. All adjusted service rules will be displayed on the latest App version, and the normal use of existing core creation functions of users will not be affected without special circumstances.
We reserve the right to update and revise this User Agreement irregularly to adapt to product function upgrades, platform specification adjustments and service optimization needs. The updated agreement terms will take effect synchronously with the App version update and will be displayed in the App's official settings page. Users' continued use of the App's services after the agreement update is deemed as full recognition and acceptance of the latest agreement terms.
If any individual term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to objective reasons, the validity of other remaining terms will not be affected. The official enjoys the final interpretation right of this User Agreement within the legal and compliant scope.
